What does it mean when my item is on 'Pre-Order'?

  • If your item is on Pre-Order then it is on the way to our HQ however while the item is in transit we allow for our customers to buy the item.
  • As soon as it lands in the warehouse it is dispatched the same day!

 

If I order other items with my 'Pre-Order' item will they be dispatched together?

  • We dispatch all items together on the day the pre-order item arrives at our HQ.
  • However if you need your other items earlier please email customer care team and they will be sure to arrange for two separate dispatches.

When will my 'Pre-Order' item arrive?

  • The dispatch date will always be displayed next to the size or in the description of the product page. 
  • The maximum wait for pre-order items is up to 2 weeks
  • The date shown will not change and therefore when the item is ordered will be the timeframe difference. 
  • For example: if you order an item on the 25th October and the pre-order dispatch date is 31st October your wait time is 6 days.

Why have I received a dispatch email?

  • Dispatch emails are automatically generated after we make a shipment label. 
  • Our team make the shipment label around the time of ordering so the paperwork is ready for when the item arrives to our warehouse. 
  • The tracking number on your dispatch email will stay the same and will start to update once dispatched - this is usually on the date stated on your item or a few days before.
