Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday-Friday by our team.

Order by 3pm (GMT) for your order to be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders that are placed after 3pm will be processed and shipped the next working day.

Orders placed with Next Day Delivery on Thursday after 3pm will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday. 
Orders placed with Next Day Delivery on Friday after 3pm will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. 

Please note: Couriers do not deliver on UK Bank Holidays although your order may still be processed. 

As the customer it is your responsibility to have your order delivered to a secure location/address. If this falls under apartments / flats / office / work address, it is your responsibility to ensure your building is secure with trusted neighbours. We will not take liability if you claim your delivery address is not secure / shared. We recommend choosing an alternative delivery address if this is the case.

Duties, Taxes and Tariffs

As the customer, you will be responsible for any duties / taxes / tariffs imposed by your country at checkout for your order.

All items are declared at full purchase price when shipped outside of the UK. 

Please note: Any duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable, even if your order is returned. These charges are collected by customs and are not returned to us when a parcel is sent back.

If you choose to reject your international shipment due to the additional costs, please note that return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the item being returned to us.

Important Information For U.S. Customers

Recent updates to U.S. trade policy have led to significant changes in import tariffs, especially for products manufactured in China. These tariffs are mandated by the U.S. government and are unfortunately beyond our control.

If you wish to understand where the item you wish to purchase is made, please contact our team.

*Delivery dates are not always guaranteed and external factors outside of our teams control (e.g. courier delays / customs clearance etc) can occasionally impact delivery times.

Local Pick Up

Our HQ opening hours are Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am-4pm.

Please note: Our HQ is closed Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

All local pick-up orders will receive an email notification when the order is ready to collect, if your order is placed during our opening hours it will usually be ready to collect within 1 hour.

During our busier periods our local pick-up option will be turned off and will not be available to select at checkout.
