Delivery & Shipping
Orders placed with Next Day Delivery on Thursday after 3pm or Friday will be delivered on Monday, if you require your order for the weekend please select Saturday Delivery. Please note couriers do not deliver on UK Bank Holidays although your order may still be processed.
*It is the customers responsibility to have your order delivered to a secure location/address. If this falls under apartments/flats/ office/ work address, it is your responsibility to ensure your building is secure with trusted neighbours. We will not take liability if you claim your delivery address is not secure / shared & recommend choosing an alternative delivery address if this is the case.

Local Pick Up
Our warehouse opening hours are Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am-4pm.
Please note we are closed Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.
All local pick-up orders will receive an email notification when the order is ready to collect, if your order is placed during our opening hours it will usually be ready to collect within 30 minutes.
During our busier periods our local pick-up option will be turned off and will not be available to select at checkout.
