Returns must reach us no later than 7 days from the date you receive your item, unfortunately we will not accept returns after this time has passed, all items are sent with a returns form with details on how to return your order. return postage is paid for by the customer, we recommend keeping your return receipt/tracking number from your chosen courier until your item is refunded.
Refunds can take up to 5 days once we receive your item, however we aim to process this within 1-5 days of receiving your return, you will be contacted via email once your refund has been processed. Please note we are unable to exchange items, only refund.
Please make sure all items returned are in an unused condition and you have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Unfortunately any items which are found to have make-up stains on the garment cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you.
