How To Return Your Order
If you wish to return your order a return must be requested via our portal before being sent to our HQ.
Please visit our Returns Portal in order to raise your return.
Please note: Return postage is at the buyers cost and responsibility until it has arrived safely at our HQ. All returns are paid for by the customer, we recommend obtaining proof of postage and returning your item in our original packaging via a tracked method to prevent your shipment being lost by the chosen postal service.
All orders are sent with a returns invoice that needs to be completed and included in the return sample. All information on how to return your order can be accessed via our return portal and on the return form.
Return Eligibility
Our policy allows you to return the item up to 14 days from you receiving your order, along with a valid return number via our returns portal to be eligible for a refund.

Items must be sent back in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

Returns sent back that have make up / tan marks / strong body odour / perfume / signs of wear may be rejected and sent back to you - please try all items with care.

All £10 sale items are final sale and non refundable, if returned back to us your return will be rejected and sent back to you.

All earrings are final sale and are non refundable, if returned back to us your return will be rejected and sent back to you.

Any items sold with hygiene strip attached, if removed this item is not eligible for return. If returned back to us your return will be rejected and sent back to you.
Items received after the 14 day period may be rejected or a credit note may be issued, we reserve the right to reject late returns.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days of reaching our HQ.
- Once your refund is processed by us it can take a further 5 working days for this to be reflected back to your original payment method.
- Paypal refunds are instant / Klarna refunds can take up to 10 working days to clear.
International Returns:
- Returns sent back to us from outside of the UK need to state 'UK RETURNED GOODS' as we cannot be responsible for duty or taxes on returned items.
- Any outstanding taxes will be deducted from the refund.
I've Received A Faulty Item?
- In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, our customer care team need to be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Please contact our team with the following information who will be sure to get back to you within 1 working day with a resolution:
- Order number
- Images of the reported faults
