Christmas Temp - Pick and Packer

This position is a temporary role starting September 2024. Hours are 25+ Monday to Friday. Candidates must be fully flexible to work these hours and more during busy periods.

Your Role

• Pick & pack orders
• Replenish packaging/boxes
• Respond to customer service emails
• Open and process returns
• Organise stock/warehouse
• Ensure warehouse runs smoothly 
• Count and put stock away 
• Keep pick and pack area clean and organised
• Full training provided

 Job Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for customer service, great communication and listening skills, the ability to work well in a team, and achieve team and individual goals, an enthusiastic approach and willingness to support your colleagues when needed and the flexibility to work a range of shifts/times.

Desirable but not essential

• Shopify Knowledge 
• Customer service experience 

Expected hours – Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4pm (must be fully flexible to work inside the hours of 9am-5pm during busy periods)

Please note no fashion experience is needed however great customer service & organisation is key, you will also be required to have basic computer skills as you will use a computer for day-to-day tasks.
