We’re a dynamic, fast-paced business with a growing presence in the e-commerce space, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take the reins and drive our marketing strategy forward.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead and manage our marketing team; overseeing our annual marketing budget and calendar to driving growth through data-driven strategies. This role is suited to a results-driven individual with a strong background in fashion e-commerce and a passion for delivering measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and manage the overarching marketing strategy in alignment with business goals.
    • Own and oversee the marketing calendar, ensuring that key brand moments, product launches, events, and campaigns are planned, coordinated, and executed in line with wider strategy.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all marketing touchpoints.
  2. Budget Management:
    • Own and manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels and initiatives.
    • Track and report on budget spend to ensure financial targets are met and marketing investments are optimized.
    • Make data-driven decisions on spend allocation across paid media, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  3. Channel Performance & Analysis:
    • Analyse channel spend and performance, providing insights on ROI and recommending adjustments to improve performance across PPC, CRM, Paid Social, and other marketing channels.
    • Leverage analytics tools to monitor and report on KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to meet growth objectives.
    • Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends in the fashion e-commerce industry.
  4. Growth Strategy:
    • Drive growth strategy for the business, identifying new opportunities to scale and increase revenue across digital channels.
    • Develop customer acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies, ensuring measurable business impact.
    • Lead and optimize marketing initiatives that drive customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  5. Team Management:
    • Manage and mentor in-house team members who are responsible for the creative and brand aspects of marketing.
    • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the team are delivering high-quality creative assets that align with the brand’s vision and marketing objectives across all channels.
    • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and creative thinking to elevate the brand’s marketing efforts.
  6. Third-Party Freelance Management:
    • Manage a team of 3rd party agencies specializing in digital marketing (PPC, Paid Social and CRM), setting clear KPIs for each channel and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with business objectives.
    • Oversee the day-to-day workflow and deliverables of external partners to ensure quality, timeliness, and performance targets are met and budgets are aligned with business performance.
  7. Affiliate Program Management:
    • Oversee and manage the affiliate program, working to grow the program, increase brand reach, and maximize ROI from affiliate partnerships.
    • Collaborate with affiliate partners to develop joint campaigns, promotional strategies, and mutually beneficial initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within fashion e-commerce.
    • Proven track record in managing large marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
    • Experience managing teams or working cross-functionally with teams to execute marketing initiatives.
    • Experience in managing digital marketing channels, including PPC, CRM, and Paid Social.
    • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and managing affiliate programs.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Commercially-minded with a strong understanding of business objectives and how marketing can drive growth.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to measure and interpret data to optimize performance.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Experience working with external partners and freelancers in a fast-paced environment.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
    • Creative problem-solver who can adapt to change and think outside the box.
