We’re a dynamic, fast-paced business with a growing presence in the e-commerce space, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take the reins and drive our marketing strategy forward.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Marketing Executive to lead and manage our marketing team; overseeing our annual marketing budget and calendar to driving growth through data-driven strategies. This role is suited to a results-driven individual with a strong background in fashion e-commerce and a passion for delivering measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Support the development and execution of the marketing plan in line with wider business objectives.
- Assist in managing the marketing calendar, helping to coordinate key brand moments, product launches, campaigns and events.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Channel Performance & Analysis:
- Analyse channel spend and performance, providing insights on ROI and recommending adjustments to improve performance across PPC, CRM, Paid Social, and other marketing channels.
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor and report on KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to meet growth objectives.
- Third-Party Freelance Management:
- Manage a team of 3rd party freelancer specializing in digital marketing (PPC, Paid Social and CRM), setting clear KPIs for each channel and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day workflow and deliverables of external partners to ensure quality, timeliness, and performance targets are met and budgets are aligned with business performance.
- Affiliate Program Management:
- Oversee and manage the affiliate program, working to grow the program, increase brand reach, and maximize ROI from affiliate partnerships.
- Collaborate with affiliate partners to develop joint campaigns, promotional strategies, and mutually beneficial initiatives.
- Influencer Marketing:
- Support the planning and execution of influencer and creator activity in line with campaign and brand objectives.
- Assist with influencer research and identification, helping to build lists aligned to target audiences and product priorities.
- Support gifting, seeding and campaign coordination, ensuring product is delivered on time and content is tracked.
- Help manage day-to-day communication with influencers and creators, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
- Track influencer performance and content delivery, supporting reporting on reach, engagement and impact.
- Social Media Support
- Support the planning and execution of social media activity across key platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Oversee scheduling, coordination and delivery of organic social content in line with the marketing calendar.
- Support performance tracking across social channels, helping to report on engagement, reach and content performance.
- Assist with identifying opportunities to optimise content based on trends, platform insights and performance learnings.
- Brand Activations & Events Support
- Support the planning and delivery of brand activations, including pop-up shops, brand trips, influencer dinners and community events.
- Assist with coordination of logistics, timelines and suppliers to ensure activations run smoothly.
- Support influencer, creator and guest management for events, including invitations, gifting and follow-up.
- Help capture and coordinate content from activations to support social, PR and wider marketing activity.
- Assist with post-event reporting, gathering insights on attendance, engagement and overall impact.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within fashion e-commerce.
- Experience in managing digital marketing channels, including PPC, CRM, and Paid Social.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and managing affiliate programs.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media marketing.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Commercially-minded with a strong understanding of business objectives and how marketing can drive growth.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with external partners and freelancers in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
